We understood that quality issues, credit system, and marketing are playing key roles in the fixation of prices of the produce. Farmers are losing their income in this process. Our Team is continuously working with various stakeholders to address the challenges and bring support systems to the doorsteps of the Farmers. We have helped several FPOs in receiving the grant to acquire the storage and post-harvesting facilities from the respective agencies. Then we started bringing buyers for their produce at reasonable prices which is 10-20 % higher than the regular/middlemen price. Again, the market fluctuations, National and International policies, Inflation, and Artificial deficits created by greedy traders created hurdles for bulk marketing. We found the retail market is the best opportunity for every farmer where they can sell their produce directly to the consumer and earn the right price for their hard work. But establishing a retail chain is not a simple task and that too for a farmer and farmer producer organization. If the farmer comes into the marketing stream, there are several advantages to the society and those are as follows.
